What personal information VEYRONIS LLC collects, why, who receives it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
VEYRONIS LLC, 601 S 10th St, Gunnison, CO 81230, United States, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about it at contact@veyronis.io.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the website and the platform:
- What you send us. Your name, email address, business name and the content of your message when you write or call.
- Account information. Details about your business, its owners and representatives, and the documents needed to verify them, when you open an account.
- Transaction information. Data about the payments processed for your business, such as amounts, currencies, payment method type, country and the information needed to screen for fraud and calculate tax.
- Technical information. Standard server records such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- to answer your enquiries and provide support;
- to open, verify and operate accounts;
- to provide the services: processing through our partners, fraud screening, tax calculation, reporting, dispute handling and payouts;
- to keep the platform secure and prevent misuse;
- to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations;
- to tell account holders about changes to the services or terms.
Payment data and our partners
Payment processing, the holding of funds and settlement are carried out by regulated third-party payment providers and acquiring partners. Card and payment details are handled within PCI DSS compliant processing, and those partners receive the information they need to authorise, settle and, where necessary, investigate a payment. They are responsible for their own handling of that information under their own policies.
When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- with the payment providers, acquiring partners and card networks involved in a transaction;
- with service providers who host or support the platform for us, under confidentiality obligations;
- with authorities or other parties where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to prevent fraud or protect rights and safety;
- with a successor, if the business is reorganised or transferred, subject to this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and afterwards for as long as the law requires financial and transaction records to be kept. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for supporting you. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or made anonymous.
Security
The platform uses AES 256-bit encryption, and access to personal information is limited to people who need it for their work. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask for a copy. Write to contact@veyronis.io. We will answer within the time the applicable law allows, and we may need to confirm your identity first. Some information must be kept to meet legal obligations even after a deletion request.
If you are a customer of a business that uses VEYRONIS, that business decides how your information is used; please contact it first and we will help it respond.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The detail is in the Cookie Policy.
Children
The website and the platform are intended for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the services change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and account holders are told about material changes by email.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute relating to it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
